      Pho

             Pho is a specialty at Bamboo One . We use all beef and beef bone to bring out the most flavor and to achieve the clarity of the broth . Clarity is achieve by slow cooking the ingredients for up to 10 hours . This is a key indicator of the quality of Pho.

There are 18 variations of Pho at the restaurant, ranging from No.1 Deluxe, which include well-done brisket, flank steak, thin eye-round steak, tendon, beek ball, and tripe through single meat option and various mix-and-match combination, to vegetable, chicken and seafood version . All soup served with rice noodles and your choice of herbs.

        Rice Dishes 

           Bamboo One also offers other delicious Vietnamese dishes such as broken rice with your choice of authentic Vietnamese grill meat with stir-fried scalion or rice vermicelli noodles and your choice of grill meat with crush peanuts served with Vietnamese sweet garlic fish sauce.
